The time! I only realised a month before my wedding that I needed to plan an entire wedding with only one month left, as only the venue was booked. My little brother was in a very serious motor accident and my days were spent in ICU by his side. Not knowing if he would make it due the extremity of his brain injuries. This left plus size underwear me with only a few hours at night upon my return from the hospital to organise the wedding in Stellenbosch. All my thoughts were with my brother and family. My entire family was occupied with christmas santa costumes the crisis; my husband started a new job so I was left alone with all the arrangements. Any time saving or organising tips? Start early! Make sure to book and confirm the venue, tablecloths etc. well in advance to avoid last minute crisis management. And please do enjoy the organising stage! It is after all, part of your wedding! Were any of your family members or friends involved in the wedding and what were their contributions? Unfortunately my entire family was occupied at the hospital with my brother s accident but one of my best friends [the most creative person I know] assisted me with the entire planning and executing process. Louise is the owner of Lovelab and she was absolutely a blessing to me during a very difficult time! She really assisted to turn my dream wedding into a reality! Did your wedding preparations include any DIY projects? French affair in the winelands. I spent a year in France, in a small town in the Rhone Alps region. From there I travelled throughout France, but fell in love with the Southern parts wich boasted small towns like Orange and Avignon. I reconnected with my husband after several years in Stellenbosch. He moved there the same time I travelled to France. We got together and then started our 2 year relationship of flying up and down every weekend! [We were completely broke after the 2 years!!!].
